Treetop Walk Black Forest

Unique views of the Black Forest

Hiking between the treetops

Walk through the treetops of the Black Forest

For 1.2 km, the northern Black Forest can be seen from the opposite perspective on the Sommerberg. At the top of the 40-meter-high observation tower, you can gaze at the endless forests and impressive valleys of the Black Forest from a spectacular 360-degree view - the perfect finish.

Stations on the treetop walk

A destination for the whole family

The path to the tower is an adventure in itself. There are stations where you can climb, balance, and even walk safely over the abyss. Along the way, you'll learn a lot about the forest, the flora and the wildlife of the Black Forest, including some you don't normally get to see, such as wolves and wood grouse. The trail is barrier-free and the gentle gradient makes it easy for everyone.

For those who like a little adrenaline, there is a 55-meter tunnel slide from the platform to the exit.

A great family destination! We were able to enjoy the ride and our two little ones had a great time. You are rewarded with a great view and the climb to the top is not steep. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Thrills on the WILDLINE

The WILDLINE awaits brave visitors at the end of the Fairy-tale Path. The suspension bridge is not recommended for those suffering from vertigo, especially since you can't see the end of the bridge. Here, too, there is a fantastic view of the valley of the Enz and the Black Forest.

Seeing the forest from a different perspective is great. Somewhat adventurous for me, but definitely worth it. We had a very enjoyable visit because we were able to walk the treetop walk at our own pace.
