Rossini in Wildbad - Il vero omaggio – The true homage

The great cantata, which Rossini arranged for Verona for the Congress of the Holy Alliance in 1822, already experienced a glorious performance in Wildbad in 1997 - the truly heavenly aria of Elpino is unforgettable. In the meantime, there is the completely reconstructed version, which justifies a new recording.

This year, music director Antonino Fogliani requested it for his 20th anniversary with ROSSINI. We perform the cantata on the tower of the treetop path and with great soloists...

If the concert takes place in the Trinkhalle, the ticket is valid for a visit to the Baumwipfelpfad on 21.07.23.
